Workin on the video right now, should have it up tomorrow, its insightful.

PS - for sure philz, its the "bread & butter" of songs that irish families would know, not as much the new generation however

Wonderful Cian. Great tune I'm not familiar with. Vocals as always are soulful and expressive. I love that flute.
I think that's the first time I ever heard the Gaeilge language.

Ohgrant, go raibh maith agat! the flute is actual irish "tinwhistle", its a simple instrument and really soars above the tune in places.

Here it is anyway, the youtube footage taken of fishermen working of the south-east coast of Ireland!

Hello Cian

Sounds like a nice soulful song...but visuals of modern fishing technology...may be there could be more of the nature element.

Hey Kane,

Thanks for you good feedback.

If I had my way and budget I would of done this with a small timber boat with a fishing rod, however this is what I could access. Im happy with it, it shows how it currently is if anything its a good educational video. But your feedback is a good observation.

I liked the video Cian. It reminded me of when I was there looking at those boats along the shore!I think it fits the music especially. The language is nice to listen to even if one doesn't know what it all means. You could be cussing me for all I know and I would love it :)

Lovely music as well and well mixed. I hope you can make more:)

Real cool video, I think the mix has become much more solid since my first listen too. Other background instruments are grand too. Total pro from performances to production. Great historical piece.

haha, beagle it was my first instrument at about 4 years of age!

Thanks Tim, I know you're a fellow celtic creator so delighted you could get an ear in.

Grant, yes there has been updates to the mix. It is definitely a historical cultural piece for us.

Regards,

Cian
