The Princeton doesn't come with the bundle. Neither does the champ (I think.) The Princeton is pretty nice though

Hi all, I just ordered and downloaded this package a while ago.  I followed the instructions and used the authorization manager, pasted my s/n, downloaded and installed.  But, it will not open for me.  I tried opening as administrator, but nothing happened.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  I've successfully downloaded other products from IK before, but not this time.  Thanks.
 
edit: I'm able to open the program within Sonar, but still unable to open the stand alone version.

A few times I've had a shortcut not take me to the actual program. If you right click and click on go to actual folder or program (I don't remember the actual term) is there an app there that will open. When you find the one you want right cliçk and click send to desktop. When it sends an icon not just a folder you're there. The stand alone IK is in program files X86 I believe even when you have 64 bit. Wish I was on computer instead og tablet right now.

Just to report:  IK resolved this issue for me within 24 hrs.  I was told to uninstall, reboot, and go to my products and install ver. 4.02.  This did the trick!  Kudos to the support staff of IK for their quick response.  I'm now ready to update to ver. 4.03.
