I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction... I got the Air Complete pack a few weeks ago and installed it for Sonar Professional. All was working fine. I then upgrade to the Platinum lifetime. Since then (I'm guessing that was the cause) none of the factory presets for the Air instruments, namely mini-grand and velvet, show up now. While the initial install was in the Pro folder, I have pointed the various vst and folder settings in SPlat to the Pro instruments folders. I can load the instruments and they work with the default preset but none of the others. I have also copied the Air folder from Pro the Plat but still no joy. They have also quit showing up in Pro.
 
I hesitate re-installing the Air package as that was not a pleasant process and I'm really not sure a re-install would work. Anybody have any ideas short of a re-install?

I tried the internet and there were those with the same issue but it was with ProTools on MAC's and really didn't apply to a Win version.
