Well that's something that absolutely needs sorting out, not sure what you mean about "dies" or where exactly the folder is you state (check event viewer) but that needs to be fixed before you can continue debugging this issue, and I hope you ran Windows update...

I just ran the windows update and I am current. I also uninstalled ESET AV to see if that actually had anything to do with it. It had nothing to do. I tried the repro again and it still crashed. So waiting for TS still...

Excellent - sorry it's just nice to rule things out, not sure what TS is...

This is the only thing that is worrying right now, wasn't 100% sure what this was about (and what context) but I'm sure you are on it...

I have surpassed my ability to figure this one out. I am still waiting to hear back from TS. I have ping'd Dan to get more info on the progress.

Well today I actually upgraded to X3C from X2, it would crash within 5 to 10 mins of use.. It was terrible!!!!
After consulting the Windows Event Viewer for Sonar related error messages I removed JRiver Media Centre and now (so far) it is stable.

Still curious about what you meant here... ""It dies in the C:\USER...\...Programs directory, but can't figure"
Anyways....

Cheers...

I sent you a PM, did you get it?

The directory reference was in regards to the progress of the directories processed before crashing. There is directory information on the bottom of the search dialogue of which directories are being processed. I captured a video of that process and that was the directory that was being processed.

Thanks...
