It is so warm here I'm in shorts, tank top, and sandals. ( when I Am not posing in my red bikini) I can't believe it's the end of November! 

Same up here (almost - not quite bikini-appropriate anymore).
 
A couple of weeks ago it got damned cold, normal for November.  So I decided to quit smoking again, because I don't enjoy them when i'm forced out of my igloo into the snowstorm for 5 minutes of fighting off the hypothermia and polar bears.
Now it's nice again, and my smoking-buddies are all outside in t-shirts, enjoying the sun while I'm hiding in my office in the clean-but-canned air.

Don't give up!!! Fight! You can quit!

Just had our first snow tonight!

Loving it. Seventy-seven today, went for a topless drive up 401.

1.8 this morning, clear skies tonight, should be well below zero in the morning.
 

12" of snow in my yard over the last week....
40" of snow up at the ski resorts...
16 degrees last night......
 
and yet, we went down as having the warmest 'Fall' on record, here in salt lake city.
