Forgot my password. Requested a password change/update.
They sent me a generic password so, at least I'm able to get back on the forums with my old name.
Now trying to reset that generic password to a new one of my choice but it keeps rejecting every new password I try to put in!
I cannot seem to find any way to contact the administrators. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong???? Help!

Must be at least 8 characters long and it probably won't accept old passwords.
Otherwise please explain to us what "reject" means exactly (say what you see).

"Password change failed"

I just changed my password just to see if it worked. It worked just fine. You have to enter your old password (in your case , the password that was sent to you). After that you have to enter a new password that consists of 8 letters or cijfers. and enter this twice.
It shouldnt be a problem.

Maybe try a different browser.

Just tried again, same results. Password change failed. The only browser I have is Internet Explorer.

Do NOT copy paste your temporary password when you change the password in your User Control Panel, instead, re-write it (type it with your keyboard). Try it out...

Yes! Thanks James Argo! That did it. Cannot just copy & paste the temp password in. Had to actually type it in.

Glad to help... :) They should mention that on how to change the password since people tend to just copy paste the temp password...
