I'm going to check it out when I get home from work today , I'm hoping this will solve my UAD issues , Right now i'm in a panic , UAD is so unstable in X3 now , My clients are gonna wonder why there songs are out of sync. And its too late to go back to X2

I've been using Blue Cat's Patchwork for a project I've been working on. Works fine in X3 for me with the exception that any proprietary VSTs won't load with the message "These are for use in Sonar X3 only" (or something like that). Presumably the plugins think they are being loaded into something outside of Sonar.

Apart from that it works really well and setting up simplistic stuff like parallel compression is really easy as is various fx lines and then using the plug to mix rather than bussing.

The synth version is pretty good too. I can't ever envisage needing to play 64 synths at the same time on one track but it works well for creating some unusual sounds by combining two or three synths.

Haven't got any UAD plugs though, sorry.

I got a chance to spend the whole evening on it . Everything was going good for awhile but the UAD plugins made Sonar X3 fatal error real bad after a dozen instances of Patchwork with UAD plugs. The only way I could open the project was to uninstall the Patchwork from the computer and I was able to get back to the project . UAD doesn't seem to play well with this one. Its a shame cause while I was inserting the UAD plugs in there I had no more latency warnings and my latency was only a half of a millisecond .
