SONAR tip: Full Screen Screenset - An additional option that affects the entire SONAR application window (and is saved in screensets) is Full Screen mode. What this option does is resize the SONAR window to fill the current screen and also remove the title bar to provide a small amount of additional vertical workspace. To toggle the option, choose Window > Full Screen (or press F11). One of my favorite screenset configurations is having the Track view showing and nothing else. To achieve this, I press C, B, D, I to hide the Control Bar, Browser, MultiDock, and Inspector. The I press F11 to activate Full Screen mode and save the screenset.

I have tried this, but the full screen status does not save with my screenset.  I have to manually go full screen after selecting the screenset.

Hey Studious... hmm, not sure what to tell you. I just tried it again to be sure and yes, it's working fine here in SONAR X2a. Is the screenset locked? That would prevent saving changes.

Hi Scott.  The screensets are not locked.  I tried again to verify: full-screen status is definitely not saved in my screensets.  If I'm in full-screen, every screenset is full-screen.  I'm not, none go full-screen without a manual toggle.  I'm on Windows 7 x64.  Maybe this is a Win 8 thing?

Hmm... yeah, it would be an OS quirk. Not sure. You could report it to Cakewalk so they can check it out.

Thank you Scott.  It would be a nice feature.  Sadly, I've stopped reporting issues, as Cakewalk has shut off communication with their user base regarding Sonar X2 status since 2012.  I cannot tell if they get my reports, recognize any bugs, plan to fix anything, etc.  Anybody else: please feel free to report this one.
Cheers.

No problem, Studious. I'm sure Cakewalk is listening and I know that they receive the bug reports. They probably just don't have time to reply to each and every one. Noel (the CTO) has actually been participating in a few of the threads here in the forum, but as you know, Cakewalk never reveals fixes/features until they're ready to actually release something.
