SONAR tip: Automatic File Info - If you plan to share your project or template files with others, and you want them to follow special instructions you've included in the File Info window (or you just want to be sure they see your copyright notice), you can display the File Info window automatically when the file is opened. Just save the project or template while the File Info window is still open. The only caveat is that the window opens behind the Track view, so it may not be seen right away. Use the Window menu to bring the File Info window to the front.

SONAR tip: Now Time Shortcuts - If you want to set the Now time quickly to a particular measure or beat (using the Go dialog box, press G), you don't have to enter all the numerical values. For example, to set the Now time to measure 2, type 2. That's it. Or to set the Now time to measure 5, beat 3, type 5:3 or 5 spacebar 3. To specify ticks, you must enter something for all the values.
