I'm based in Australia and seems kindle version of this book "SONAR X2 Power!: Comprehensive Guide" is not available for purchase.  I submitted kindle support request and here is a snippet of their response:
 
Publishers grant eBook rights on a country by country basis. As a result, availability of titles in
the Kindle Store can vary based on your country of residence.

Since you're from Australia, the books is not available to purchase when you
sign into your account.


Are you able to help grant rights for Australian use?

Hi Jim... unfortunately, the Kindle edition of all the books in the publiser's catalog are not currently available internationally. They are working on a distribution deal with Amazon. As far as I know, it's almost done but I don't have an exact date.
