New hearing aid!

I don’t know why peoples are embarrassed by having them. Its like glasses, but for your ears. Its not a big problem making music and listen to music with them ether. I might not be able to Mix the best and make the best sound, but you do what you can. Others can help with mix and sounds. I have had a smaller one for years but newer used regular because I wasn’t comfortable with them. My left ear is almost ok tho.
 
Any others using hearing aid here?

I developed a problem this year and everyone wanted me to get a hearing aid for my bad ear. I said no, because i knew that it was from something that happened quickly not over time. I finally got to see a specialist and they had it almost fixed after performing minor surgery in the office. 
Hearing aids are wonderful if you need them and can't avoid it. I'd have no issues wearing one if that was the only option. My mother had a tiny one that was inserted into the ear. It was the size of a pea and prone to getting lost. Changing batteries was impossible for her.
The bigger type that you show would be my choice. My mum used to forget that she was wearing hers and would leave it on all night, draining the batteries.

I use whatever is out there to help.  The only options are not being able to read and having the pool guy hanging around thru the winter

I'm afraid I only know native american and jewish sign language.  I know religious signing for christianity but that only works on sundays. :(  I know most of the ancient judeo-christian ciphers.  They differ based on location.
