  • Windows 8.1 backup - are you using it? And if not why not?

What is included with Windows 8.1 is really nice (much better than previous versions of windows), although if you are running multiple OS's it may not back up everything :(

Been checking it out as Norton Ghost will not work any more with Windows 8 :( May go and have a look at Acronis.

Running Acronis 2013 true Image Home on Samsung Laptop Win 8.1 64 bit no problems.
Also running Sonar X3c - No problems

So I've trialled Macrium Reflect and Acronis. Both work nicely. With Reflect I have to pay for incremental backups, I can't really see much difference between them other than Reflect is more expensive, and Acronis has more stuff I probably don't need but is nice to have...

So Acronis 2014 gets the upper hand so far...
