I was an early adopter of X3 , wrote customer support about the free plug, they sent me a link to download the overloud plug, but guess what it needs a serial number...
 
so Ive sent several emails to them about the missing serial number...

I appreciate the offers for gobblers extra space and the free plug, but Ive never received the code for the extra Gobbler NOR the SN for the VKFX..
 
oh well maybe I didnt need those things anyway ...

the bakers ran out of serial numbers and were diligently generating new ones.  they may have run out yet again.  no clue.
 
I have both in my account - they are both at the very top of the account serial numbers, kinda separate from everything else.
 
sorry your having a rough time.  I'm sure they will get it resolved though, they have been very diligent on working these things out lately.

yes I can understand the running out of serials, maybe thats why nothing is listed in my account..
