I checked, but it turns out that my parents never had me patented. Sure, they had tried, but the patent office said that their product had failed the "Dumber than a bag of hammers" test and was not eligible. My folks offered to have me undergo extensive rewiring and experimentation, but they were informed that you can't fix stupid.
 
While I find the historical accuracy of this story to be slightly suspi-cious, I can't argue with their findings.
