I asked around and it looks like we actually legitimately did run out of serial numbers. I guess the promo is popular! We're getting more. It's a bit after hours though so we might not have anything until morning.  We'll follow up as soon as we have them and they're in all of your accounts!

I got a serial number before the rush.
Must have overloaded Over Loud too because to activate the delay one has to register/create an account at Over Loud which is done by email response...I've tried three times to get an activation of account email sent to me so I can respond to validate. 
I notified their support yesterday.
That's the way it's going for me.

I got the out of serial numbers this morning.  Still not fixed.

Downloaded this morning and am getting the same 'Out of S/N' message, but it's early, 06:30 cst.  Will check back later.

Just checked and my ser# was there, Thanks again

I just checked again and still "out of serial numbers" on my account.
