I did manage to get registered with Overload yesterday but still no serial numbers in my Cakewalk account this morning.
 
You can choose to run the Delay for about 15 days as the Full featured demo version.
 
Hopefully that can be updated with a serial number later (and yes it can be). Click on the Menu button to Authorize.
 
 
 
 

Same here.  Just checked at 11:23 EST and "out of serial numbers".

 
Refresh your account pages - my serial number has just appeared

Now the delay is the authorization mail from Overloud. This Delay works on anything.
