I just installed Sonar X3 and when I ever I start doing something the cursor turns to a spinning blue circle and I get a "not responding" message at the top and then the program crashes and I have to re-start it.   This especially happens when I have the browser open and I audition clips.   I called Tech support and I was put on hold for 15 minutes.  I hung up and called back later and again sat on hold for 15 minutes.   I want to use my newly purchased Sonar X3, but I can't at this rate.   Any suggestions!?!

This forum is a good place to post, there are a lot of helpful folks in here. Can you help us by telling us your computer build so we have a better starting point please?

Edit: A couple things to start with regardless of your build are these:

Latency Monitor - There is a free utility (home version) at the below link which will allow you to verify your system can process real-time audio data.
http://www.resplendence.com/latencymon (then "Free Downloads" on the left, and "LatencyMon" in the "System Monitoring Tools" section)

Driver Updates - Iobit has a free driver updater (the official name is "Iobit Driver Booster") and it can be found at this link. This is a handy utility to update drivers in your system efficienty.
