I have Sonar X1, session drummer 3, have a drum part in track pane that I want to recall to edit.  The Cakewalk master series part 3 shows that if you double click on the pane, the track sequencer will pop up and you can edit it.  Sometimes this worked, but now when I double clicked on it, it shows up in piano roll, which I don't want.  I know this question may have been asked before but I could not find it in previous posts.  Would appreciate any help.  Thanks!

With the track you want to look at in the Step Sequencer highlighted, you can got to "Views->Step Sequencer" or Alt-4 shortcut. Can also right click the track data and call up the step sequencer from that menu as well.
