When you use LatencyMon (as it looks from your above post you have) there is a drivers tab. Sort the drivers tab by the Highest Execution (ms) column in descending order and tell us your top 10 and what the latencies are.
 
This is a picture what mine look like...

 
As long as you don't have any cases over 0.5 you should be ok. Look for the ones over 0.5 ms and then google the driver files to see what they do.

The worse offender by far on my system is USBPORT.SYS.
 
The only reason I can think of is the wireless mouse.
