I had to reinstall Platinum.   But the instruments, like bass and pianos, didn't install.    How do I install the instruments?  I didn't have this problem before when I reinstalled it.
 
 

Hi. Did you use CCC (Cakewalk Command Center), or via downloaded installers?
You might have to install several installers when using downloaded installers.
If in CCC, install everything.

I tried to download in CCC, but nothing would install.  So I went to my products and downloaded Platinum from there.  Maybe I'll uninstall and try to reinstall in CCC again.

You want the Studio Instruments Suite + Platinum Instrument Collection.
They should be in your account under Sonar platinum.
 
1- Go to your Cakewalk Account
2- Click on Sonar Platinum
3-On the right side of the page you should see: "Connected Products"
4- click on a selected product to see the download installers
