Probably not a great subject line, but here's a little bug still with us... I guess I'll report it once again after posting here...
Nothing earth shattering, but.............
 
If I save a project with snap set to Frames, when I re-open the file it is set at Measure...

Seems to be working okay here in X3c.

I will check it out when I get up. In bed right now!!

Don't have X3 yet, but was hoping the snap setting issues were fixed.  In X2, if I set the global Snap to whole measures, and the Drum track to 1/16ths, if I closed the project and re-opened, those snap settings were lost.  I found I had to constantly re-set snap settings.  Both global and track snap settings seem to give unpredictable results upon re-opening of the project.  Are any of these snap behaviors "better" in X3?  Does it remember individually set track settings aside from global settings?

Unless SmartGrid is enabled and I've inadvertantly zoomed in or out, I can't say I've noticed any wholesale snap changes in X3 when reopening projects.

Snap is getting better... but I think it's still a little buggy... As so many seem to be experiencing different things...
 
brundlefly.... If you set it at Frames and save the song, then close the song, does it open with Frames selected the next time you open the song again?
 
It does not here... It reverts to Measures
 
I don't use smartgrid... It must be too smart for me as it never selects resolution I want.... ;-)
