For the past year or so I've been bringing material to fruition.  During that time, I've forgotten how to insert time changes and set the duration.  I'm working on a new song that starts out in 4/4, but then goes to 7/8 and then to 15/4.  Sorry for such a newb question, but the help file isn't much help.  Could some kind soul give me a quick tutorial, or send me to material that demonstrates this process.
