When I open vst's such as kontakt, and load a patch, if a dialog box appears for me to say YES or NO to loading the samples I simple cannot select anything because the dialog box window is in the background. I can see it in my win7 toolbar just beside sonar. Click on its icon on the toolbar and the window opens...try to go there with the mouse cur or and it immediately disappears to the back ground. Hope the image will show you guys the problem.
 
by the way, this is not a X3b problem> I am dealing with this for a very long time.

I had exactly the same Problem with one of my computers.
It was the graphic card.
To 99% it's a problem with your graphic card.
 

I cannot simply click YES to allow the plugin to load the samples.
How do you deal with this?
 

Type "Y" für "yes" at the Keyboard instead of using the mouse. This should work.

At the end of the video you'll see that I managed to solve it (but just because the dialog box was visible - was not totally covered by the StormDrum interface).

I had the same issue with Philharmonik. I think this is limited to 32bit bridged plugins. I'd report it as a bug. It may be worth trying out JBridge to see if the issue still happens there.
