Same here and I don't know how to unlock it. I have been to the website with no real solution.

Have you both registered your Serial #'s with XLNAudio on their webiste?

Once you do that the XLN Online installer will download the full version.
After registering your serial # from your Cakewalk Account, which will
put the product in you "My Products" on the XLN Site, then run the Online
installer to get the full version installed.

Peace!

Yes I thought I had and it is showing up there as a product I own. That is the problem really. Somehow the update to X3 caused AD to be unauthorized.  I am not a fan of how XLN handles all this.

Did you re-run the installer?  That should solve the problem.

There no longer is an authorize per se...it comes straight from your account to your computer,
once you've registered the Serial #.

If you have registered your serial # then all should be well and if you have run the OLI...then
you should be showing the full version.  Take a look at the About in AD and see what it says...

Thank you Larry. You're right it now shows as a full install.

I still abhor the XLN way of authorizing things.   Not too pleased with relying on a download either.

I agree here John. With so many better alternatives out there why go this route?

[edit]

I installed the full version on my home pc just to see if I would like it. And I do. It would be something that I would invest in. But then I learn that the newest versions and all subsequent products will have to be authorized this way and I said, nope.

I hated the way Autotune had the PACE authorization in the very beginning. And after fighting with that I swore I would never buy another Antares product again. And I haven't.

This online installer scenario seems to be the new thing.
Waves, XLN, they all seem to be moving this way.
At least AD finally got a standalone, and they allow you to install
it where ever you want by using the advanced options in the
OLI....it wasn't that way when they first started doing this...
it had to be installed on C or you had to edit the ini file to get it
to move to another drive.

Not much of a fan either....but times are a changin'....
Forgot to say ...glad you got it worked out!
