Ok here's simple facts :

Day one : install of X3
 first contact : yes beautyfull

Insert of maschine multi outs : woah super slow !!!
ok i check my audio setting : no asio infos (FIRST CONFIRMED BUG)
no big deal i keep creating a tracks  i insert Alchemy , play some , play with solo : (SECOND CONFIRMED BUG)
ok let's try new plugins , oups my plugins layout , let's choose all plugins , done ...mmm great new plugins , let's go back to my layout : no way (THIRD CONFIRMED BUG)

i stop here (i could go on) ....so my question is simple : DO YOU guyz really think those are UNSPOTABLE BUGS !!! just a simple regular workflow would have been able to notice that after less than 5 min !!!

Those are bugs and confirmed , NO MATTER the SYSTEM .......THOSE ARE BUGS on my systems and others system ....isn't that clear !!!!

To answer Steven : no bug reports since it have been confirmed and so escaladated !!

Beta team ? i have been ask to be part , i sent the agreement , never had a reply;....no big deal .....but as i'm incompetent and have ****ty systems   i don't see why ....i would be no help for them ...(if i read you guyz well) ...

I'm out , have fun , and we will say wassup when the bug list will be launched , and i will then love to hear from you guyz your conclusions about  how X3 final candidate (actually B) was so solid

No matter what i say , you guyz knows it better , so track of day is :

This is such a garbled post I think I am going to regret jumping in.
I don't have Maschine - so can't help there. But what is your issue with Alchemy, and your comment that you "play some , play with solo : (SECOND CONFIRMED BUG)" - ?
I am using Alchemy all the time and haven't come across an issue at all. Solo seems to work fine.
If you could take the time to lay out an actual workflow, maybe someone else would be able to reproduce the problem. I read some of your early posts on X3 Zo, and honestly it seemed to me that much of the problem seemed to stem from your early registry customizations that had been migrated from earlier versions of SONAR.
Honestly calling CONFIRMED BUGS in caps without providing a workflow for others to test it or to see it for themselves isn't going to resolve anything. I know you are a longtime SONAR user - not a troll - but your posts sure come across that way.
Have you done a full clean install of X3, with a full reset of all of your plugins? Because I don't think anyone can accept your system as being representative of the user base until that is done.

simple question
That post was 3 weeks ago -
Have you submitted any bug reports on your issues?
Have you tried contacting tech support?

Response of which was a blast of redirection, nonsense and obfuscation, when your answer to both then is NO.

You have no interest in actually solving your problem if it involves any work other than ranting on a forum.
In your recent mass of postings - how many of them (if any) did you actually try to help someone? or contribute something positive?
Instead open any recent post complaining of anything and there are your posts with your share of negativism whether it relates or not.
How is this not being a troll?

When anyone questions you on anything you rarely if ever directly answer the question (if you answer it at all) instead you post that you're a teacher a school in France, I stress test systems, etc.. Good for you, but that doesn't mean much, sorry.

You may be god's gift to the PC world - but we have no way of evaluating the truth of your claims nor are they really relevant; quite a few of the users here on this forum are members of the technical elite but you don't see them posting over & over again I'm a tech god, I'm a tech god, etc.
Instead when they have issues they try to work the system (which includes filing bug reports, feature suggestions & contacting tech support when necessary) to bring change instead of non-stop whining.

While I am a 'FAN BOY', I am not a fanatic.  I just have a low tolerance for whiners, especially when it looks like to some degree their issues may be self inflicted.

We all want to see you succeed - but really, if you won't contact support even after they've publicly asked you to, then whose fault is it that you're having problems?

"but i feel it and i see it !!"

@Zo There are a zillion lines of code all hooking into programming libraries and through OS/drivers all over the place when it comes to this sort of software.... Sadly just "feeling" it happens to be that way is only that, a feeling...

"...  bugs are so obvious that the beta testers should be punished !!lol "

zzzz. Actually the beta testers are not developers of the software, and developers
do not do everything a beta tester tells them to do. There is only a finite amount of time to develop software...
Software development IS complicated and is a massive task, and this is how most do it nowadays:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agile_software_development

Can you guyz please may have a small doubt and think a Guy (with a master degree in computing , teaching also (not only) computing at the SAE , Validating tons of computer after testing those , lobbying people to choose workstations for years instead of best buy craps and macs nonsense ,posting actually stress test , lobbying Notebook check to intrroduce DPC latency results in tests , beta testing and helping several brands to dev and integrate , making a lot of Youtube Sonar based videos (http://www.youtube.com/user/ZozillaThaGreat) ect .....)  MIGHT have decent systems !!!

However you are not a software developer or a member of a QA team. You may be an experienced pilot but you didn't make the plane.... :)

"honestly calling CONFIRMED BUGS in caps without providing a workflow for others to test it or to see it for themselves isn't going to resolve anything."

Exactly right . Like: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines
As an experienced person you should know this.

Cheers and peace out !

X3 is a solid release for being a major rewrite.

Are you sure about this ?  I would have thought a major rewrite would have fixed things that've been around for a while, like the metronome/loop bug.

As someone who's owned most versions of Sonar since "2" (Not "X2", but "2" from about a decade ago), I'd say absolutely "yes".

Notice that I didn't say a "perfect" release (because there's no such thing), but a "solid" one.  BTW, the metronome/loop "bug" you mention doesn't seem to be reproducible by many users.  Of course, you already know this because it was pointed out to you in another thread...

Amazing how many non-X3 users (still on previous versions) are so quick to comment on X3 behavior that they haven't seen or experienced themselves.

Thks for teaching me what's is coding (i only know how to code : C++ , java , Versant , Ada , Cobol , SQl ....ect )) and thks for warning me that i'm the pilot not the plane maker thks .... but at the end he has the ability to say what's has to be modified or not ...and the makers CORRECT things ...this is all we do here .....

It's like have insulted some Holy , just crazy !!! .....ok you giuyz didn't catch my joke on beta tester ...i apologyse for that ...the rest i assumme 200 %

I have tested SW before. As a tester, you can report it till your blue in the face! Don't mean they will fix it!

Next time Zo stick with the specifics. I suggest starting ONE thread per bug and give CLEAR steps to repro and be prepared to discuss it and try stuff that people may suggest. Now if you were writing this in the X2 days I'd cut you some slack. However X3 is barely out and we've had 3 substantial patches already a rant followed by your CV is gonna make you look bad... Even when your comments may or may not be valid.
