Have tried now four times at different times over the past 12 hours or so to download the X3c update and it fails shortly after starting with the same error, "Failed - Network error".

Cakewalk, can you please check out what's going on at your end because it's obviously a problem with whatever server system you're relying on. I've been downloading (not at the same time) other software and not experiencing any issues.

What browser are you using? Try chrome...Chances are it's just too slow and the network is timing out...

I'm using Chrome and used it to download X3b not that long ago. It's the Producer ed. I'm trying to download. This is definitely something on Cakewalk's end. I have an extremely reliable Internet connection and high-speed download.

Strange, can you try Firefox? Same deal? I just downloaded it and it was fine.

Looks like whatever the problem was has been resolved as I've now got about 50% of the X3c Producer update downloaded. Thanks be to the Internet Gods!

I was getting this error yesterday when I first tried to DL X3c on my laptop which was being somewhat sluggish anyway. I reached over and started up my desktop machine and downloaded it immediately while the laptop continued to give this error. Both machines were using chrome. My hypothesis is that something was wonky in chrome that had been running on the laptop for several days. I don't think it was on Cakewalk's side of the transaction.
