I am on WIN 7. Anytime I open up Sonar program directly or as shortcut to a file I come up with this error message. The program or file will open but the message is annoying. I have tried to run the program not as an administrator and have refreshed my shortcuts. I have searched this but all fixes relate work and exel programs. Is there a fix to this?

No idea, sorry.

I have seen a similar message when getting Microsoft Excel to sent out automatic emails via Visual Basic & Outlook, but it's not exactly the same message, just similar.

You've got some kind of third-party utility (or virus) installed that's attempting to communicate with sonarpdr.exe on startup. How about posting a screenshot of the actual message?
