As noted in this blog:

The AAS stuff *is* great. I make some rather odd, avante-garde noises and I came up with this using Chromophone.

Here is the partial setup showing the Chromaphone presets:

and here is the sound after processing with NI Kore and Reaktor effects:

you might find you get a decent enough deal as you already own one of their products.. check with them directly also.

I have 1 of the strums and va-2 .. and all the session versions of the other stuff..

ASS stuff sounds great. But I don't like their guitar. I prefer real guitar, even though I liked Virtual Guitarist, but it's no longer on sale.

Those are some very cool and interesting sounds. I love Chromaphone. Here are a couple tracks I did with just Chromaphone and some reverb:

These tracks also use Chromaphone, but other synths as well:

Btw, I used Sonar for all of these tracks. X3 for "Night Whisperer" and "Concerto for Synthesizer", and X2 for the other two.

AAS has been around Cakewalk for quite a while,,, I got Tassman 4 from an upgrade with Sonar 3,,, IIRC,,,

I just upgraded to Lounge Lizard EP-4 and it's amazing.  I always hate to say something is the best, because I know I haven't tried EVERYTHING on the market,,, but it's the Best Electric Piano by far that I've played.  It's got the Wurlitzer stabs of Supertramp and the ringing tines of the Rhodes so sweetly,,,, it's total ear candy.   I love it!  It's like I have the real thing, only better,,, ;)

+ 1 to that. Lounge lizard 4 is more expressive than any sampled EP I had heard.

Lucky !  I just listened to the demo yesterday having received a half-off promo from AAS.
I agree it sounds fantastic.

I'm hoping I can get somewhere similar with my Cakewalk synths...

I bought Strum Acoustic Sessions in June inly to see it turn up 'free' in the X3 package.
Now I am looking at the Full Package up upgrade for X3 users. I got hesitant seeing from the AAS website the Full Collection includes VA-2 and Lounge Lizard new version, but the update from Cakewalk says it is Ultra Analog VA-1.
