  • HELP! I need the installer for the ProChannel Module - PC4K S-Type Expander Gate.

I tried to write to the Order Support and Registration Support,
but I keep getting the error message "internet is broken" everytime i click on "send to cakewalk".
I tried different computers with different browsers and different internet connections too. No luck
 
My problem
I cannot download the ProChannel Module - PC4K S-Type Expander Gate.
When I click on the download link I get an error message (see below). All other download links work fine.
 
Can someone please download it and send me a link, since I cannot get in touch with cakewalk and have my store page fixed?
( I successfully contacted the Problem Report Support, but they answered me that I had to contact the Order Support....)
 
I live in Italy so, calling them is a bit difficult.

I had this with my Sonar X2 upgrade after I had two accounts merged (earlier sign up mistake). Never got solved but my X3 upgrade works so I ended up leaving the endless email back-and-forth trying to get it sorted. Still can't get my Sonar 2 video though.

I'm having the same problem as the OP. Trying to DL the expander/gate and getting the same XML message. Tried to contact support through the Cakewalk web page but it's not working and support@cakewalk.com just bounces.
 
Any of the Cakewalk folks know when the support link will be fixed? I'm happy to go through normal channels but they appear to not be working at the moment...

As far as I can tell ALL of the download links that pertained to freebie stuff that was given to us when we upgraded to X2 no longer works.  This includes the DSF Symphonic Strings, PC4K expander/gate, etc.
 
Those links have been disabled for quite some time.
 
This is why I ALWAYS save any files I download to a disc.
