I haven't heard this one. How does one know if you are running Sonar as administrator or not?

Right-click on the Sonar icon on your desktop, click Property, then click the Compatibility tab and check the Run This Program As Administrator box.

Huh! Found it, but the Compatibility tab does not have that option. Maybe it's not available in XP?

Well I must have done something related because now when I run, it wants to know which user acct to run it. 
Admin is one choice but I have no idea what password it wants, not having used admin.
Problem tho, the default is current user which also needs a passwd and I have none which it won't accept.
It runs anyway but says "no instrument definitions" and won't run any song files.
Opening a file it crashes
So I'm dead in the water.
Help?

Wish I could help (I'm no PC expert). I'd start a new thread, for everyone instead of just Sonivox users.
