I posted a cover I recorded of the Pogues song "A Pair Of Brown Eyes" a while ago. I had just finished mixing it at the time. I have taken that final mix and "attempted" to master it with Ozone 6. I did make some small adjustments on EQ and compression. I also widened the track with the multiband stereo imager in the mid and low-mid range and ever so slightly in the high range. I then brought up the volume with the Maximizer.

It's sounding okay my end dood. The mastered version is better than the un-mastered version, for sure. I'd be totally happy to mark this project as finished and move onto the next one

I didn't listen to the other but don't feel I need to.  This one is just right for me. I really like the guitar sound.  Vocals fit perfectly. Harmonies are really nice.  My only crit is that the instrument at about 1:36 seemed a bit harsh or maybe a bit hot.  I never heard the original and probably don't need to cause I've heard this one.
