Hi
Can someone help me here? I've just installed the Big Fish Country Loop Collection, and I'm having real difficulty seeing the point of it. To me it just looks like a bunch of wavs playing in a set tempo with a set chord progression. So I have a bunch of samples in the key of D at 120bpm, but, for example, I want to create a song in the key of F at 135bpm - what use are these to me?

I thought this might be an interesting alternative to using Band In A Box to create real instrument parts, but it appears not.

Am I missing something?

I haven't downloaded the Big Fish loops but assuming they are "acidized" - they should work as "groove clips" in SONAR. Meaning you can adjust the tempo and the pitch, within a limited range. Not sure they are exactly what you are looking for - but you might start by doing a search in your SONAR help for "groove clip".
Very versatile feature of SONAR, IMO that many DAW's have still to include as effectively as Cakewalk. Not flawless, but powerful.
