Hi, guys! Got an email yesterday about the fixes in the MP2 library. I spent hours downloading and now none of it will install!!! It seems I remember some hoops I had to jump thru with the original installation but I don't remember what it was. At any rate, just letting you all know and I will be hopping over to the IK Support to find out what is going on.

Didn't get an email...files don't even have new names...

But it does say updated 9/20/16
 
 

They are updates for just a few of the instruments that had problems. If you click on the Read link it will tell you the updates. Still can't get any of them to install! Part 1 goes up to 95% and stops, Part 2 up to 60% and stops, and I spent a good 2 hours downloading these things!

They installed fine here. The first update had an issue with the filename being too long because of my directory structure so I moved the .zip file just off the main directory on my drive and unzipped it to a subfolder. Once I did that it worked perfectly.

I am having the same problem and haven't installed the MP2 update (unless it's been a bit). I have been wondering what to do about it and Sample Tank 3, which also won't load.
I'm looking forward to the resolution!

I downloaded and installed without problems. The only required work-around was to decompress the 5 folders into something like C:\temp and install from there. The release notes are sparse, but things I reported were definitely fixed. MP2 scanned the folders when I fired it up and accepted the updated instruments without any problems. Very significant upgrade.

I made the mistake of putting the downloads in separate folders for each part. Try just making one folder for all five parts as .zip files. Just unzip the parts in to the same folder and everything went nicely. If you put the parts in separate folders as I did the first time the file structure becomes too long for the installer to work! I think that is the same mistake I made with the initial installation. Also I didn't have the latest version of Miroslav which is 2.0.4. Although, all it adds is the capability to run the Miroslav 2 Percussion package.

Pentimento, make sure you have the recent update for Sampletank 3. I believe it is something like 3.6.6. Not sure!

Now the dust has settled, are all you guys happy with MP2? Already decided I'm going to get it around Black Friday, but would love to read your views here.
