I like to use Perfect Space on Pianos. Sonitus Reverb on Vocal and Breverb room on drums.

Thanks
I did ask about the stock or free (X1) verbs.
Failing that, it's good to know other options.
I'm not about to go to X2 to get Breverb tho.
It's interesting about using different reverbs for different instruments.

I like the Sonitus reverb and Breverb. Epic verb by Variety of sound is a good 32bit free reverb. I personally bought ValhallaVintageVerb and I use it most of the time. I also plan to get Valhallaroom and CSR by Ik Multimedia. Someone has it for sale for $40 on KVR.

Studioverb2, Sonitus Reverb and PerfectSpace are all useful. One could manage just fine if those were the only options available.

Like so many others, my go-to reverb has been ValhallaRoom for quite a while. Occasionally I'll open an old pre-VRoom project and see how it sounds when I substitute VRoom for whatever reverb I'd used there previously. Sometimes it makes no significant improvement, but other times it's huge. It's most likely to make a big difference when the old reverb was the Sonitus, and least likely when replacing PerfectSpace.
