I can be sure about that since he says:
Core i7,SSDs,32gb.
it seems to be a high end config
There are more than 1 ssd and I just do not see why he would bother with such a tiny ssd.it's even too small to fit windows 7 x64 with a full sonar install+plugins.moreover, the difference between a 32gb or a 64gb ssd is not that big that it should impact his budget.so, the 32gb is logically for ram.
Concerning the graphic card, yes, you won't get better 3d performances. But you'll get 1gb dedicated video memory and 2 Dvi/vga outputs.since sonar do not care about 3d,performances will nearly be the same.the only reason to stick with the internal hd4000 is if the mainboard enables you to plug 2 displays and if you don't care wasting ram for the display(with 32gb, you should not care).yes, there is hdmi, but my experience is that hdmi monitors are more expensive and may lead to weird functioning.
so,personally,I would buy a "cheesy" and cheap (25euros) fanless video card with 2 dvi/vga outputs.sonar is so much pleasant with 2 screens. And I wouldn't say a Radeon hd6450 is cheesy.
Sorry if I'm a bit rude,but I don't like being taken for a stupid person.so, lol.
