charming response, but i shall not lower to respond in kind and simply suggest you focus on your own opinions and leave others to have theirs.
Thank you. Hope you will do the same.

Hi guys, In Sonar, like ProTools or Studio One, 1 step is necessary to clip-gain : press and hold CTRL anywhere on the audio clip, just a left click and that's all ;)

....but a powerhouse PC with Cakewalk, the right gear and top end interfaces could deliver the same mix or better, really depending on the skills of the engineer.

This is another point where most other DAWs do not even enter the market. When you're talking about an engineer on the high end, you're talking about someone who will throw a fit & walk out on you if your system is not working. He'll take his project to another facility with a system that works.

9 times out of 10, he doesn't own the gear, his client, his work, and his income is not tied to the studio.

He's not going to call tech support so someone on the other side of the country can tell him what he needs to do to get back on line.

This doesn't mean that Sonar is an inferior product, just that Sonar is supported differently. There are people willing to pay for someone to maintain & support their system & guarantee a particular amount of reliability.
