No Gobbler in my account and also no content club stuff. Very strange.

I checked my account, the Gobbler code is above the list of purchases, not embedded into it.
 
I just activated Gobbler as well, and it gave me the 20GB extra without doing anything other than entering the activation code with my registration.

Cakewalk Store - there's a couple of funky things happening there.
 
I log in and I'm take to "My Registration List"
Under "My Registration List"
- Sonar X2 and Sonar X3 are not listed
 
Click on "Order History" on top left, and get taken to a page where under the "You May Also Like" section of is a heading of "My Registered Products"
- There are 9 linked items with a Date of 10/14/2013
   This is where my freebies such as the 'Content Club' and other downloads show.
    When you click on the download links, 6 of them give you the error:
    "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
 
Click on either "My Downloads, My Serial Numbers, or My Registrations " on the upper right
- Ah, there's my Gobbler redemption code
the list under "My Registered Products" section looks correct other than that it's missing the freebies listed under the previous version of the "My Registered Products" that I saw a few clicks earlier.

Thanks Andrew I did raise it with support at the time and they said they were looking into it but didn't hear anymore.

I asked about this in a thread a few weeks ago. I've e-mailed customer support but haven't got a reply. Tried again today. I'm REALLY keen to check this out since I'm working in two locations and currently is on a big project with a lot of going back and forth. With winter coming, it would be nice to not having to lug around external drives!
 
I hope it gets sorted soon!

Mine is missing too. I did benefit from the free upgrade to X3 though. Do I still qualify for extra Gobbler space ?
