Is it just me, or is there a whole new positive vibe around here lately?

Since X3, everyone seems to be a whole lot happier.  The bakers and other CW staff are popping in and chatting.  Updates for X3 are coming thick and fast...  The usual new version posts like "I ain't touching that until the first patch" never really made a show like in previous years (maybe because the bakers beat us to the punch with X3a).

I think there is a real feeling that X3 was better out of the gate that previous versions and the few bugs that are cropping up are getting squashed as fast as humanly possible.

The fun and joy have made a return around here and I for one am lovin' it!

Double-like!

X3 is wonderfully smooth and stable so far on my rig, definitely feels like the dev team finally got some time to sweep out the corners and do all the itty-bitty fine-tuning. And yeah it's just enough to shut up the peanut gallery!

My (bad) experience with X2 made me "vanish" for several months and I just came back in when X3 hit the streets. It is very nice to see the interaction on the forums these days... this forum is an awesome bunch of folks!

I havent spent as much time on the forum and commenting since the pre X1 days, and enjoying it. Not only the interactions on the forum but seeing the bakers here so regularly has been a real boost.

Its great seeing a lot of the old crew here. Clearly even those who left Sonar have.seen the changes and responded by returning.

It's in Gibsonshire, I believe, the land once known as Ro-land.
