I no longer live in a van down by the river. So my first choices to relocate to are;
 
in alphabetical order 
1. Alaska
2. California
3. Colorado
4. Massachusetts
5. Nevada
6. Oregon
7. Washington
 
If these don't work out I Am willing to compromise

Three of those states don't have legalized marijuana (currently) and of those, one is VERY far away and VERY cold, one will tax you to death and one is VERY hot.  Colorado is MUCH dryer than you'd think it would be. Kalifornia is a granola bar (after you get rid of the fruits and nuts all you have left are flakes) though there is a semi-famous squirrel pornographer that lives there.  Oregon, outside of the Portland area (which isn't a place for a straight guy or non-hipster) is nice and Washington is very scenic.

Just a coinsidense about all those states but very informative 
I suppose I could look for a river somewhere that needs a motivational speaker
