Hi.  So I upgraded to Sonar X3 from Cakewalk MC6.  I watched a few vids, read a whole bunch of literature and followed the installation instructions etc.   But I can't figure out why, when I try to insert a soft synth into an existing project, there is no sound.   I can hear all the pre-existing tracks recorded in MC 6 (audio and midi) but not any of the new tracks I try to insert in the project ion Sonar.  Any ideas???  Thanks!

When you insert the synth, make sure you have assigned it to put its audio out to the correct master, bus, etc.
Also, if you are trying to assign a previously recorded midi track to play this synth, you have to assign the midi track to output to the synth.
