Cmon Wiz... pull the trigger.. it is worth it... DNA is simply amazing and the ARA implementation within SONAR is as high tech as it can get.

I didn't like using the DNA stand alone (too much hassle) saving audio, loading Melodyne... editing the audio... saving the work and then reloading X3....

Of course it wasn't supposed to work like this but X2 and earlier would simply crash too much to try and do this IN LINE... now, it is almost as MELODYNE is an integrated part of SONAR... what a joy!

I got the personalized email, but the personalized purchase link did not display on the page, either in Internet Explorer or Seamonkey (firefox/mozilla derivative). Possibly an overloaded server on their site.

Get Editor and study the videos and put it to work. It is totally amazing at what it does.

If anyone misses this deal from Celemony - they will probably offer it again around "Black Friday"

That's good... between X3 and BFD3 I've overspent on my musical purchases for the month and I think I'll have to pass for now.  I'm not that much of a pitch correction user, but the features in Editor do sound tempting.  Ugghhh... so much software, so little time.

the scale correction is awesome!  i prefer hungarian minor, but it's hard for me to hum a tune in it... just whistle a little something into sonar, engage melodyne's scale correction and drag it to a midi track and i'm set! ;)

Looks like BFD3 will have to wait.  This is just too good to pass up.

Kind regards,

Well I guess I didn't get a letter with the offer because I already had essentials installed. So when I installed X3 I skipped over the sonar essential version.

Hmmm??????????? What to do. I emailed Celemony but no response yet.

Just in case this is useful to anyone I upgraded and couldn't get editor to open only essential  after trying everything my little brain could think of I thought maybe check Melodyne forum where it was suggested to remove essential first. I did this then re did the melodyne setup  and now I have Editor yippee don't know if it was just me or this is standard
