Hi everyone!  I'm new to the Sonar world and just downloaded the X2 web trial.  I love the software and want to buy X3 Producer.  Question is this...Can I choose the last option, which is, 'Upgrade For Any Registered User $449.00' as a way to get it?  Or do I have to go to the store to purchase a physical copy of X3?  Also, does Sonar require a dongle?  Thanks

New users must buy the product from a Cakewalk dealer. The Cakewalk store only sells upgrades to existing customers. Cakewalk products do not use a dongle.

So I can't find a copy X3 here, but I did find X1 Producer. Can I upgrade straight to X3? And will I get a free upgrade with the promo that is available?

Yes, as long as the version of X1 Producer has not been previously registered. The upgrade would be $199.
