Okay, if I route my virtual drumset through a drum map, open a docked PRV to show the drum map, size the pane to see the articulation names, change screensets, then change back, the PRV is back to default MIDI note display. This has been the case since X1! The whole point of screensets is that you can zip around your project, and zip back to exactly where you left off without having to re-resize all your stuff. Little things like this undermine my confidence in this program.

Have you checked to see whether or not the screenset is locked?

My screensets are locked and I also see this behavior (only when I open the PRV for the first time). Yes, it's been like this since X1, IIRC.
Also, the width of the virtual keyboard on the left isn't remembered with the screenset, either.

Anyways, home from another day of my glamourous main career as a warehouse shlep. Dealt with several things today that made PRV problems seem quite trivial.
It was indeed a locked screenset causing the PRV to show the MIDI note part of itself when switching back to screenset 2. Thanks for that, all. But my main complaint is mostly about "the width of the virtual keyboard on the left isn't remembered with the screenset". This behavior is not consistent with how I understand the "skylight" philosophy. It is also rather (iho) glaringly apparent.

No, this has been a major bugbear for several versions.

Send in a feature request, if you haven't done so already

Send in a feature request that they make drum maps Skylight compatable?

I SERIOUSly mean no quarrel with you, Member Bristol_Jonesey, but as far as I am concerned, I just did.
