There are solutions in the SteceC 's link but :
If I well remember, select the clip you want to transpose, select (in the upper menu) Process > Transpose. The transpose dialog box appear and check : "Transpose audio" and choose the "Type" according the type of your clip : "Radius solo" if it deals with a monophonic source; "Radius Mix" if your clip is a mix... I don't touch to the other parameters and
it works nice for me ! It is recomended to stay in a limit of 4 semitones up or down but you have to experiment if you perceive artefacts if you go further...
But I have no idea if this process uses the new pitch shifter algorithm (n°2 I think) which was supposed to appear with the new Sonar X serie ??
