I'm not sure where this Fred should be so I'll start here. I don't have much time with so much going on but I need to find out what to do about something I paid for and can't get it because the site has disappeared. How and/or where can I report an internet scam? Thanks for any info!

In the old days, we looked for information on the website, and turned it over to Network Solutions, and the real network cops. The only problem is, that many of those "websites" were spoofed due to poor security, and the message, or Fred, really came from Mars or Venus!
