Run the SONAR X1 installer. Then copy any projects that you want to the new machine.

how will it know i have registered, serial number etc?

The installers are either in your store account or on the disks you purchased. You will need to register the software again with the information in your store account.

you should always write down the serial numbers, activation codes, validation codes, keys and whatever other numbers are used to turn on the full version of any software you buy... then put them in a folder (real paper folder in a filing cabinet) so you can access them in the future.
 
With cakewalk... run the installer then enter the code it asks for....same one you entered before on the other computer.... bingo, you're up and running.

I keep all my registration codes, licence numbers, activation codes etc on a spreadsheet.
 
From there, it's easy to copy & paste into the vast majority of all dialog boxes
