I've been stumped on this one ,,,,Trigger 1 works fine. iLok manager updated new license ,,,rescan ,,, the whole shot still nothing,,,,,, Anyone else getting anywhere with TRIGGER 2 Platinum?

Ive got the EX version and have the same post in software forum. Ive been emailing with Ashley at Slate digital the past three nights. He first thought it was a license issue which he fixed by sending a new license to my iLok Manager and I activated it but Trigger 2 still does not work. It looks like its working but theres no ouput. And like you say Trigger 1 still works fine. As soon as I here something ill let you know!
On your Trigger 2 settings page at the top does it say Platnum beside the word Plugin? Its supposed to say Platnum or EX beside Plugin but mine doesn't. 

Seems to work here fine here. Just tested it with a live drum track on kick and snare

I've heard from a couple people already that they've had no trouble and that's great but theres a few lucky ones like me that's having some trouble but hey, Ive got X-3b running flawlessly and Trigger 1 still works and ill get Trigger 2 going before long so its all good!

I just solved this one  ,,,,, When Ashley said he was revolking the old license and issuing a new one , I thought he meant it would replace the old one like Avid did on PT 11 . As soon as I went to My Ilok Manager and sorted my licenses by name on my iLoK 2 THERE WERE TWO LICENSES ,,, so I deactivated the oldest one and kept the new one and Trigger 2 works great now. So the real fix was getting a new iLoK licence but making sure the old one isn't still on your iLoK
