I listened to the first tune linked, String Quintet second movement complete, the recording came across quite well here, better peeps than me to comment on compositions of this form.  My only observation is it did not feel a fluid as I thought it might be.

I stuck it right to the end... I don't mean that in a nasty way at all, it's just that I don't normally listen to chamber music. I wanted to hear what you create, having seen your posts in the Sonar forum. And I do find it interesting listening to genres I wouldn't normally. I am not a total stranger to classical music but my experience is somewhat limited to Holst, Debussy, Mussorgsky and Stravinsky, and that's about it.
 
From what little I do know, it sounded just the ticket. 
 
I also listened to the much shorter  a capella piece. Again, not something I am used to at all I'm afraid. I would ask, is it normal for such a wide dynamic range?

listened to both compositions. 
the choral work sounds pretty good for a soft-synthed choral work. as someone says above, perhaps a litle too much dynamic variation in that it goes p-ff - p.
the string quartet again sounds too much like there's not enough attention played in programming the dynamics. i can't do it, there's a few on here who can, using CCs to make it sound very realistic. adding some pizicato, tremolo etc would go a long way. the last minute and a half was definitely the strongest
musically it's firmly in that mid-19th century style, personally i'd like a bit of dissonance and unusual cadences but then i am more of a late-romantic/20th century classical fan.

Both works are well executed musically but I'd like to hear more separation and more of a dynamic eq (particularly on the low end).
