Hi, i'm a Ableton Live Intro User, intro users will know there is a annoying 4 VST instruments limit, is there a such thing in Sonar X3? I know there is a unlimited VST effects, but same thing applies to instruments?
 
Sonar X3 users, please write any limitiation (if any) that doesn't on the Cakewalk's Sonar X3/X3 Producer/X3 Studio comparasion chart.

And, yes, the base version doesn't come with Pro Channel.

You can buy off Cakewalk's website. I have better luck with jBridge, by the way. If you buy X3 studio, you'll be able to use 2 pro channel modules per track. If you buy X3 producer, you can use 8 modules per track.

How? I can only see upgrades in Cakewalk Store.

I think the only limitation is your processor and memory. I've had 6 VSTi's running in the same project with no problems.

I'm pretty sure X3 is unlimited. In X2, I will often run a ton VST instruments, and up to 100+ MIDI tracks without issue.
