Every time I play a key on my mpc pad and I have a midi opened up or even selected in sonar x2. It plays notes on my pads instead of just the pad initiation itself. I'm just wondering how to stop notes from being played from your pad so you can use the matrix playing midi vst paterns. And not just limit yourself to samples. Please tell me there is a way so I don't have to spend 100's of dollars on equipement and software I may or may not use.
